2011 was a good year for me and my studio, yellow DOG. I worked
with amazing artists from the US, England, France and Norway.
Nine songs charted in the Texas Music and Texas Regional radio charts,
three of those went to #1. Three albums charted on Billboard and two
of those have been on the Americana chart for months. And one album
charted on both the French Billboard and Top 40 chart.
I finished mixing what became the final recordings of the legendary
Pinetop Perkins... those recordings will soon be released by Varese
Saraband records. And I produced ermerging indie southern rock band
Whiskey Logic, who inked a record deal with Tate Music Group
distributing through E1 and Universal.
I'm looking forward to 2012, hope to see you around the studio. d
